Well, I saw a bit of the wind farm on my way to Whitney for the party. The facility is visually recognizable as a wind farm, which is a good start. But although the main structures appear intact at this juncture, even in the best case scenario Whitney will need to scavenge or trade a considerable amount of ancillaries for the plant to be operational. And the amount of labor required will also be considerable. It will doubtless be an involved project.
